Important Information
You must be 18+ years old (We follow the rules of the New York Health Department)
Pets, guests or kids are not allowed. (The artist needs a calm environment to concentrate and achieve the best results.)
We will not carry out the procedure if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If these conditions are not fulfilled we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without a refund of the deposit. New appointment can be scheduled with the deposit in the amount of $100 per procedure.
Access to the salon is available by reservation only.
Permanent makeup procedure usually involves a touch-up (within 1-3 months). Sometimes a third touch-up is needed(usually for dark lip neutralization). The cost is $220 (within 1-3 months). Touch up for dark lips neutralization is $249 (within 1.5-3 months).
The procedure must be paid in full after 24 months without touch ups.
Touch-up appointments are only available for individuals who have completed their initial procedure in our studio.
Our studio does not offer refunds. In the event of a no-show, initial deposits will not be refunded.
Late arrival - Please arrive early. A $75 fee will be added to the base price for late arrivals(more than 30 minutes). Or if you are more than 30 minutes late, the procedure will be canceled, and the deposit ($100 per each service) will not be refunded. If you wish to book a new appointment, a new deposit must be made.
You can get only one type of promotion for discount. You can’t apply for two different promotions and get two discounts per visit.
Permanent makeup results are not guaranteed and Annyko Studios has no control over what occurs during the healing process. It is impossible to predict the exact outcome of the procedure/results. Pigment implantation works differently on each individual. It is normal for different clients to have different results.
You will have final result only after touch up. Touch up is highly recommend.
These policies apply to all visits and touch-up appointments.
Cancelation and Reschedule
All cancellations and requests to reschedule must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made less than 48 hours prior to the procedure are considered late cancellations, and the deposit ($100 per each service) will not be refunded. The reason is irrelevant and does not terminate the agreement under no circumstances (including weather conditions, traffic, parking, health issues, flight delays, emergencies, e.t.c.) A new deposit will be needed to schedule a new appointment.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment on the day of the procedure for any reason, your deposit( $100 per service you were scheduled for on that day), will not be refunded. To make a new appointment the deposit in the amount of $100 per procedure will be due.
If you are scheduled for several services on the same day and decided to reschedule or cancel only one of them later than 48 hours prior to the procedure (or on the day of the procedure) for absolutely any reason, your deposit ($100 per each service) will not be refunded. To make a new appointment the deposit in the amount of $100 per procedure will be due.
Requests to reschedule will be accommodated up to two times. If a third request to reschedule is made, the appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit ($100 per each service) will not be refunded. In this case, a new deposit will be needed to schedule a new appointment. NO exceptions (including weather, traffic or parking issues, flight delays, emergencies and e.t.c)
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your consultation appointment on the day of the procedure or less than 48 hours prior to the procedure, your deposit ($50) will not be refunded. No exceptions (including weather, traffic or parking issues, flight delays, emergencies and e.t.c)
In the event of a no-show, initial deposits will not be refunded.
Rude and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. The artist has the right to cancel or discontinue the procedure if any client behaves as such. In this case, the deposit/cost of the procedure will not be refunded (per each service).

I am aware of all current COVID-19 restrictions and requirements.
I agree that I have read and fully understood all the information listed on the FAQ and Terms & Policies which are available on our website www.annyko.com. All deposits are non-refundable.
I understand that permanent makeup results are not guaranteed and Annyko Studios has no control over what occurs during the healing process. I understand that it is impossible to predict the exact outcome of the procedure/results. I understand that pigment implantation works differently on each individual: the immune system, skin characteristics, any medications taken pre-care and after care instructions, and more can influence the healing process. Both oily and sensitive skin inhibit pigment retention.
I understand and acknowledge that if the terms and policies are not followed or if I do not effectively follow information and directions prior to my procedure, Annyko Studio has the right to cancel the procedure and my deposit will not be returned.

Payment & Fees
There are no refunds on work done at Annyko Studio. No exceptions.
Taxes are not included in the cost of the procedure.
We accept credit/debit cards and cash. Personal or business checks are non-acceptable.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
All services and deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are not transferable. There are no exceptions. Deposits on file will be applied toward your balance on the day of the procedure. Please read our policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling.
Late arrival - we add $75 to the base price if you're up to half an hour late. We hold the right to cancel the procedure without refunding the deposit for absolutely any reason including weather, emergency, flight delays, traffic or parking issues.
In this case the deposit ($100 per each service) will not be refunded. To make a new appointment the deposit in the amount of $100 per procedure will be due.If you are more than 30 minutes late the deposit will not be refunded and the procedure will be canceled. A new deposit must be made to book the next appointment.
Deposits — a $100 deposit for the first session and $100 for touch-up sessions are required to schedule an appointment.
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment without a refund of the deposit ($100 per each service) in case you came for the procedure, having one of the contraindications that you did not indicate on the form.

Lash Extensions and Lash Lift:
The duration of eyelash extensions varies individually. We cannot guarantee the exact duration of wear for the lashes.
It depends on many factors, including post-care, climate changes, tear production, hormonal imbalances, pregnancy, oily eyelids, antibiotic usage, and the application of oils. Additionally, it is important not to rub or touch your eyes frequently.
In the rare and atypical case where a significant portion of the lashes (80%) falls off within one to five days, you will need to come to our studio for a consultation and for the technician to replace the fallen lashes.
The same factors mentioned above also affect the duration of lash lifting. If the curl disappears within the first three days after the procedure, we are ready to provide you with a consultation at our studio and perform a correction.
Our studio does not offer refunds, but we are always ready to provide a correction if the described situation occurs.
Neither the deposit nor the full payment for the procedure is refundable under any circumstances and without exceptions.
Refills information
You can book a refill only once and only within 2 weeks after a full set of eyelash extensions. After 2 weeks without a refill, the full price is required.
You cannot book a refill if you previously had a refill instead of a full set.
